- BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
- IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE FOR ANY REASON.
- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS OF SERVICE WITHOUT NOTICE.
Payment Policies:
All accounts are set up within a few minutes upon receipt of full payment. Payment is due each anniversary period following the date the account was established. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time it is terminated. Requests for termination must be submitted in writing. You will be charged according to the PLAN settings:
ALL accounts are due 2 days in advance of the final due date. Connection will be suspended ON the final due date, if account is not paid on time.
Credit Card and “eCheck” Electronic Auto Check Orders:
Will be set up within a few minutes of verifying the “Billing Information, Address and Validity”.
Accounts will be automatically billed, on the PLAN billing period anniversary date, to the Credit Card Number or Checking Account on file, unless notified otherwise.
Past due accounts are subject to suspension and possible account termination.
Cash, Money Order accounts:
Will be set up within 1 business day upon receipt of payment.
We do NOT except CHECKS please send Money Orders only.

Past due accounts that are not brought current ON the due date, are subject to suspension and possible account termination. We must receive such payments prior to setting up the account.
UNLIMITED Internet AccessRULES: for Dialup Services:
ICS Dialup is UNLIMITED! There is no limitation to the number of hours you may use your account. However there are a few rules you must agree to.
Dial-up accounts are not intended to be used as a full-time "always on" dedicated connections. The purpose of these rules are intended to limit the amount of unnecessary use or abuse of Internet Connection Service services by any one User, which restricts overall Internet Connection Service system availability for other Users. These rules apply to ALL Dial-Up access services offered by Internet Connection Service.
Dedicated Connections:
User agrees NOT to use the service as a dedicated connection. An account may be blocked or terminated, if it is determined that the user is trying to use the connection as a dedicated connection. Internet Connection Service and its Backbone Providers shall decide the determination of WHAT a dedicated connection is.
Some Simple Guidelines:
If you go to bed, to work, to school, to dinner, to watch TV, to play football, to spend some quality time with your kids, to work around the house.
You get the Idea “ RIGHT ? “ Then, you should disconnect from the Internet!
Idle Timeout:
User agrees to have their online session automatically terminated after (15) minutes of consecutive inactivity
Maximum Single Session:
User agrees to have an online session automatically terminated after (4) hours of consecutive time, regardless of data transferred during such specific online session.
Reconnect Timeout
User understands that, after disconnecting form our service for any reason, they will be blocked from reconnecting for 2 minutes. Trying to connect during that time will extend the wait until the 2 minutes wait is consecutive.
Multiple Online Sessions:
User will be limited to no more than one (1) concurrent online session for each PPP account purchased.
Cancellation:
Internet Connection Service, reserves the right to cancel service at any time. If we execute our right of cancellation, all fees paid in advance of cancellation will be prorated and refunded. If cancellation is caused by the < customers > violation of these policies, then no refund will be disbursed.
Customers can cancel service any time; however there will be NO refund after the 30-day Money Back Guarantee time period has passed. Payment will be made by company check within 30 days of receipt of cancellation if paid by Cash or Money Order.
If the Account was paid by credit card or eCheck, the customers Credit Card or bank account will be credited for the correct amount.
Internet Connection Service Advertising
We reserve the right to add an advertising footer to the end of ALL e-mail passing through OUR MAIL SERVERS.
Commercial Advertising - E-mail / SPAM:
Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of Spam, flames, or mail bombs. We consider Spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and E-mail. If you are found to have spammed, we will immediately, without warning, disable your account. As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund.
Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion.
Backups:
Internet Connection Service does NOT maintain backups of ANY Internet access account data. This includes e-mail, e-mail folders, personal website files or any other data on our servers. You should keep copies of all important files and e-mail on you personal computer.
Disclaimer:
Internet Connection Service will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer as a result of any action made by Internet Connection Service or its employees. Internet Connection Service makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Internet Connection Service disclaims any warranty or merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions regardless of whether or not this service interruption was caused by Internet Connection Service and its employees or not. Internet Connection Service reserves the right to revise its policies at any time without prior notification. If any terms or conditions are not followed it will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation.
