Refund Policy
We will refund a NEW account if you cancel in the first 30 days. * $5 setup fee is NOT refundableAfter 30 days, we do not give refunds.MANY times customers ask if they are committed to a contract like the big ISPs do?NO, we do not have a contract. Whatever amount of time you PAY for, that is what you have.If you pay for 1 month and you want to quit in 1 month then that is OK.However, we will keep billing you every month until you call to cancel. If you pay for 12 months and you want to quit anytime from 1 month to 12 months then that is OK, but no refunds.However, we will keep billing you every 12 months until you call to cancel. If you pay for 36 months and you want to quit anytime from 1 month to 36 months then that is OK, but no refunds. However, we will keep billing you every 36 months until you call to cancel. This gives YOU the CHOICE of committing to whatever time frame you want to pay for.You do not have to continue past whatever time you have purchased. If YOU are concerned about this POLICY.Then YOU need to pay for 1 month at a time ! If you DO want to cancel, you have 2 CHOICES. 1. We can place your account INACTIVE and the account will remain there indefinitely. If you decide to come back at a later time, we will turn it back on and credit you with the un-used time. 2. We will set an auto deactivation for the day your account is next due.You can continue to use the account until then, BUT it will go to INACTIVE at midnight on the last day. NO future billing will be processed.
